Biografie Jasper Van de Woestijne (° 1997) studeerde in 2020 af als Master in de Rechten aan de Universiteit Gent (summa cum laude) met een masterproef over de Belgische werkrechtersraden van beroep. Nadien behaalde hij het diploma van Master de spécialisation en droit social aan de Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) (summa cum laude). Momenteel werk hij onder het promotorschap van prof. dr. Dirk Heirbaut en dr. Bruno Debaenst aan een doctoraatsonderzoek over de verspreiding en evolutie van de Napoleontische conseil de prud’hommes doorheen Europa.
Biography Jasper Van de Woestijne (° 1997)graduated in 2020 as Master of Laws at Ghent University (summa cum laude) with a Master’s thesis on the Belgian conseils de prud’hommes d’appel. Afterwards, he obtained the degree of Advanced Master in Social Law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) (summa cum laude). He is currently researching the transplantation and evolution of the Napoleonic conseil de prud’hommes throughout Europe, under the supervision of prof. dr. Dirk Heirbaut and dr. Bruno Debaenst.
