Book Launch: 'The EU's Human Rights Responsibility Gap'
Can the EU be held legally responsible for its contributions to human rights harms in its Integrated Border Management policy? Or do systemic legal design flaws in the EU’s human rights responsibility regime give rise to a significant responsibility gap?
Explore these critical questions with Dr. Joyce De Coninck on 28 November, as she presents her new monograph, The EU’s Human Rights Responsibility Gap: Deconstructing Impunity of International Organizations. Following her presentation, a thought-provoking panel discussion will be held featuring insights from Prof. Inge Govaere, Prof. Cecilia Rizcallah, and Prof. Nicolas Angelet.
